Legal/Office Admin Assistant Needed (30 hrs/week) – Looking for a friendly and organized Legal/Office Admin Assistant to join my team! Responsibilities include: Greeting clients; Scheduling appointments; maintaining calendars; Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files; Handling incoming calls and e-mails; Preparing letters and invoices; filing court documents; assisting with general office tasks as needed. We’re looking for someone who is experienced, has strong organizational skills, is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Corel Wordperfect; is reliable; and is comfortable working independently. Knowledge of probate helpful but not required. This is an in-person, part-time position located at our office in Fort Lauderdale. Hourly pay commensurate with experience.
