Position: Associate Corporate Counsel

Overview: Reporting to In-House General Counsel, the Associate Corporate Counsel will represent dealerships before the courts and arbitration panels in various aspects of civil litigation. The attorney will also engage in contractual negotiation and review, compliance, respond to administrative agencies, and perform other in-house counsel duties. This role is primarily for an in-house litigator, admitted to practice law in Florida.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have at 2 to 4 years of legal experience, including extensive first-chair trial experience and superior academic credentials. No prior knowledge of the industry is necessary. Florida State Attorneys, AUSA’s and Public Defenders are encouraged to apply.
Location/Relocation: Hollywood, FL. This is a full time, in-office role.
