Gunther Legal, PLLC is a Fort Lauderdale based law firm specializing in complex litigation. We are currently seeking a candidate for a position serving as a discovery attorney or paralegal. The position is for a licensed attorney (or soon to be licensed attorney) who is interested in performing discovery including review of documents, summary of documents, analysis, prepare and responding to discovery, and assisting a team of attorneys in highly complex commercial and construction based matters. The position is ideal for those attorneys that want to stay active in litigation without the burden of practicing or those attorneys who want to establish a foundation before becoming more heavily involved in litigation. The discovery attorney position can lead to a full time position as a practicing attorney.
