Working alongside City leadership, you’ll collaborate with departments across the organization to bring transformational public projects from concept to completion.

Why Fort Lauderdale?

  • Work on meaningful projects that directly impact an internationally recognized city.
  • Join a collaborative, high-performing boutique municipal law office.
  • Handle sophisticated, high-value transactions from start to finish.
  • Influence policy and provide trusted legal counsel to executive leadership.
  • Enjoy an outstanding benefits package, including Management Category I benefits and a monthly vehicle allowance.

We’re looking for attorneys who have:

  • 8–10+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Extensive transactional experience involving acquisitions, dispositions, development agreements, leasing, easements, and complex negotiations
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Florida Bar membership in good standing
  • Experience representing governmental entities, public-private partnerships (P3), land use, rights-of-way, utilities, or construction matters is highly desirable.

If you’re ready to use your legal expertise to help shape the future of one of Florida’s most dynamic cities, we’d love to hear from you.
